Adam Ly

Adam Ly is a registered occupational therapist practicing in London, Ont. Specializing in supporting adults with mild to moderate cognitive impairments, brain injuries, mental health challenges and return-to-work transitions, Adam brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to his practice. 

In addition to being a seasonal lecturer and clinical preceptor at Western’s School of Occupational Therapy, Adam serves as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Toronto’s department of occupational science and occupational therapy, a workshop instructor for the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) and a mentor at CBI Health.

Adam’s work has been widely published in outlets including Occupational Therapy Now, Attention Magazine, the Canadian Journal of Physician Leadership and The Toronto Star. Internationally, he has been a speaker at numerous conferences and provides consultation to clinicians.

Adam is the co-author of the self-help book, Saving Lives without Destroying Yours: Boundaries for the Modern Physician and has developed clinical models in ADHD burnout and cognitive function interventions. He is also a clinical field leader in adult ADHD and physician health for occupational therapists.
