The IAC aims to create a network whereby Indigenous alumni and current students achieve greater success through stronger connections with one another and with the broader Western community.

This group strives to build upon the evolving history and values of Western University, which fosters lifelong involvement of alumni in the life of the university. IAC is committed to adding value to the lives of all alumni by engaging the community of graduates and celebrating alumni success throughout Turtle Island. IAC also aims to help nurture an Indigenizing and Decolonizing environment that is inclusive and free from oppressive values and racism by making related recommendations to the university and advising the Alumni Association’s board of directors on Indigenous alumni engagement issues and opportunities.

To receive IAC updates and event invitations, please fill out our chapter interest form and you will be added to the mailing list.
