Raise The Barre

At Raise The Barre we teach online barre fitness classes. While our workout is based on barre fitness fundamentals, we also incorporate cardiovascular intervals for an upbeat workout. We focus on low weight, high repetition movement to tone muscles and improvement muscle endurance. Our workout is suitable for all fitness levels. We use minimal equipment and provide low impact options and modifications throughout the entire class.
