Celebrating your reunion

We invite alumni to celebrate reunions in a way that suits them best, whether on campus, in their home community or virtually. While reunions can take place any time throughout the year, we encourage groups to return to campus during Homecoming 2025 (September 26–28), as there will be a variety of offerings and a vibrant and nostalgic campus experience.

Alumni who wish to receive guidance in planning are encouraged to begin organizing their reunions and reach out to alumni@uwo.ca by August 29 with a signed copy of the Confidentiality Agreement, your degree year and faculty. We’ll guide you through the process and work together to help bring your group back together.

We can inform you about the resources, opportunities and services available to support meaningful reunion experiences and celebrate important milestones, including:

• Class list access – We can provide a list of your classmates (contact details where permissions allow), helping you kick-start your outreach and planning.
• Local recommendations – Our team can share suggestions for accommodations, dining and campus activities during Homecoming.
• Planning guidance – We’ll offer tips, templates, and best practices for organizing your event, whether it’s a formal dinner, casual gathering or virtual toast.
