Monica Pease (she/her) is a Masters-level Registered Social Worker who provides mental health counselling and coaching for adults 18 years of age and older. With a special interest in the menopause transition as well as anxiety, depression, and stress management, Monica works with individuals who are searching for strategies and insight to help them move forward in their goals for coping and healing. With extensive clinical experience in community primary care settings, Monica has built a broad spectrum of resources that she uses to support her clients.  Monica brings an eclectic approach to the therapeutic relationship through the integration of cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness meditation, creative arts, and nature. Call it counselling, therapy, coaching, or asking for help, Monica hopes to create a meaningful experience for her clients along their mental health pathway. Available via remote technology for residents of Ontario.
