My PhD journey was not easy. I went through a lot of personal and academic challenges that affected my progress and mental health. Through perseverance and determination you can face lots of challenges and navigate through difficult times. With the help of the right resources at Western, my dream became true and I earned my PhD degree this year. Things have never been more difficult than what you are facing today with the Covid 19 pandemic. Even, our social gathering and sometimes in person communications with our educators are restricted. You have a lot of support on comps, try to find the right resources. I am positive you all are strong and will get through it successfully. You will be proud of your achievements and your loved ones will be proud too. Start safe, stay strong.
