Hi current Western Student! I am an alumni from the Biology program 1990. I was in Sydenham in the 1987-88 school year- back when Syd was female and Medway was a male residence. Spencer-Tamblyn 1. I wanted to reach out to give you encouragement on your upcoming exams and to tell you that you�ve got this. What a crazy year this has been. I am so sorry that your university experience has to include a pandemic. Although eventually your generation can wear this experience as a badge of honour. Great news is out there regarding vaccinations. I am sure that your next academic year will once again include meeting your friends for coffee, hanging out on the concrete beach and actually going to a lecture hall or tutorial. I continue to be proud of my degree from Western- and you will be too. Good luck- study hard but take some time to relax too. This wild year will all be behind us soon.
