Giving to Western Giving to Western Western University

TO: Western Student

Take the time to rest, meditate, connect with yourself, breathe and restore balance. And if you need support, reach out, always! There is always someone there to help you, support you and assist you. Talk to a friend, family member, someone you trust, a professor, a guidance counselor, financial assistance counselor, a doctor - just reach out and know that there is always a community there ready to catch you if you're falling and help you to get back on track and back to balance when you can't get there on your own. You're not meant to do it all on your own, so reach out! And self care - do what you need to do to feel good, healthy, happy, confident and safe. 2020 has been a tough and strange year, but you got this and will have some very interesting stories one day! Take good care
