My first year was cut short and I am still adjusting to this year! I don't think I'll ever fully adapt and that's okay. I've learned to embrace the changes and hopefully you can too! If you're in London, campus is really pretty in the winter. Take time to enjoy it. Try to enjoy the learning experience and just remember we're all in this together. Good luck with exams.
