School can be tough, and no doubt this year is filled with some unique additional stresses as well. Take care of yourself and remember that there is light at the end of the tunnel. It will all work out and you are capable of so much. Take a deep breath, get some fresh air, treat yourself to a Spoke bagel and an iced coffee, and reach out to your friends and family. Be kind to yourself. You've got this!!!
