Hey, stranger! I just want to leave you with a few words of encouragement. I'm sure you are feeling all the pressures of university, along with the pressures of Covid right now, a combination that's less than ideal. I want to encourage you to take it one day at a time. Looking at the big picture tends to leave a lot of us feeling overwhelmed. Find ways that you can bring joy to other people when you yourself might be feeling a little low. We all need a little extra kindness, joy, and love this year. So, I wish you the best for every test, exam, and assignment that comes your way. And I hope, that you choose to celebrate every small victory, every beautiful moment, and every happy circumstance, that you encounter along the way. You got this!! I believe in you!
