Whatever challenge or stress you are dealing with - whether it's financial, exams, relationships, health, etc. - remember that this too shall pass. Think of all the challenges you have dealt with in the past and overcome. Take care of yourself and ensure you are setting aside at least a few minutes each day for some me time, whether that s a quick workout or walk, a phone call with an old friend, or reading a good book. I have found that this helps me to keep perspective. And most importantly, be kind to yourself and stay positive - a positive attitude attracts positive outcomes. Sending hugs!
