I know this is a very stressful time with the current pandemic as well as the anxieties and worries that accompany end-of-term. Do know that you are not alone, and that you will get through this. Remember to take some time for yourself during the hectic days ahead, and go for walks, meditate and exercise. When I'm feeling particularly anxious, I like to use the Pomodoro Technique to complete my work - I set a timer for 25 minutes, complete one task (e.g. reading a page, making notes, or organizing) without distractions, and then take a 5-minute break after I have completed the task. After I complete 4 Pomodoro's, I take a longer break. This method enables me to focus and be productive while engaging in mental wellness. Hope this helps you! Good luck :)
