I know this is not the year you imagined it would be when you pictured coming to Western and that must be disappointing. Know that all of us in the Western community care deeply about making this year a positive experience for you. I hope that you are being compassionate with yourself. Studies can be stressful, but you are not defined by your grades, and tomorrow is another day. Stretch, go for a walk, listen to a song you love, take deep cleansing breaths.
