Don't be discouraged with the challenging situation with Covid. Use this as an opportunity to show your strength and how you overcome difficulties. You will find in your career it is the people around you that can handle the stress of unprecedented times who are the ones that make it. People need leadership and determination! Use this time to take a step back and assess what you want to do that will make every Monday a pleasure not a nightmare. You are the CEO of yourself. You don't work for a company you work for yourself and you just subcontract your time to a company. I can only hope you all succeed and especially and most importantly can look back after 30 years and still be in touch with the people you worked who made it worth it.
