I can only imagine the darkness that some of you are feeling right now, compounded by Covid. There is so much uncertainty surrounding us now and yet there is still so much expected of you. Please remember that this day did not come to last, it came to pass. One morning you will wake up and the storm will be over. Just focus on that and put your head down making it through one day at a time, one step at a time, one breath at a time. Resilience is the key and you wouldn't have made it this far without some. Keep building on that and one day the sun will again be shining. In the meantime, keep your sense of humor and be a good friend to yourself.
