I distinctly remember around this time spending the little money we had left (before January OSAP came in) to buy Christmas trees and as many decorations as we could get our hands on to brighten up not only my room, but 3 other friends' rooms as well. Even though we had very little money and had to lug these trees up from the TD stadium parking lot, it gave us a little taste of home around the holidays! Even though this is an exciting time of year, I know it can be difficult to be in residence and not at home with your family. Lean on your friends and put up a few decorations. It goes a long way :)
