I always tell myself "something is better than nothing." Meaning that progress is better than perfection. It's easy to not start because you get caught up in all the things you think you can't do. Just focus on the things you CAN do and take small steps to your final goal. Before you know it the momentum you build will help you accomplish great things! You will amaze yourself with the things you can do when you get out of your own way. You got this!
