Select your situation:

I know my Western User ID and Password

STEP 1:
Go to the Western Alumni Email For Life homepage at
mail.alumni.uwo.ca and login

I can't remember or don't know my Western User ID and Password

STEP 1:
Gather your: Student Number, Social Insurance Number (SIN), and Birth Date.

STEP 2:
Go to the Western Access Code Retrieval page on our secure server and enter the required info. Record your 4-digit Western Access Code.

STEP 3:
Proceed to the Western Identity Manager Account Activation page on our secure server and follow the instructions on screen to activate your account.

STEP 4:
Go to the Western alumni email for life homepage at mail.alumni.uwo.ca and login

I can't find or remember my Student Number

STEP 1:
Complete the Email for Life Assistance Form. You'll need your:

  • First and Last Name while at Western
  • Birth date
  • Most recent degree from Western
  • Most recent year of graduation from Western
  • Phone number

 

STEP 2:
We will contact you by phone with your Student Number.

Where can I go for help?

All @uwo.ca email for life addresses are supported by WTS Helpdesk including those belonging to alumni. Please contact them using one of the options provided on their webpage.

For @alumni.uwo.ca email for life addresses, Google has extensive resources for users. You can find more information about how to use the Gmail service at in its Help Centre.

You can also complete the Email For Life Assistance Form and a support team member will contact you within 72 hours.
