Team Nomination Form

Must have competed with distinction at the highest levels of athletic competition at the time of the teams' participation while representing Mustangs Athletics.
Highest level should be interpreted to the standards of achieving conference championships, or national championship finalist, or equivalent.
Consideration for selection will be given to a nomination in the team category following a minimum 10 year waiting period following the teams' accomplishments.
Please be as thorough as you can.
If a completed nomination is received after the current year's deadline, the completed nomination will be held in consideration for the next year's induction.

The nomination form is important. The selection committee relies heavily on the content when selecting teams for the Western Mustangs Sports Hall of Fame.
The nomination will be added to a file of nominees that is reviewed yearly by the selection committee.
The selected Teams will be recognized and honoured at the Western Mustangs Sports Hall of Fame Dinner on the Friday night of Homecoming
Pictures of the inducted Teams are displayed on the Western Mustangs Sports Hall of Fame wall in Alumni Hall.
