Brescia Alumnae Legacy Award Nomination Form

The Brescia Alumnae Chapter Legacy Award recognizes a Brescia graduate who exemplifies Ursuline values through outstanding achievements in their chosen field, meaningful contributions to their community, and a commitment to enriching the lives of others. The alumna demonstrates leadership, serves as a role model, and upholds the legacy of Brescia. The recipient will receive an elegant recognition piece at a Brescia celebration event during Homecoming weekend.

Notes for Nominators:

  • All letters of support are confidential and will be viewed only by the Brescia Alumnae Chapter and staff from the Department of Alumni Relations.
  • It is recommended that the nomination remain confidential and not shared with the nominee.
  • Self-nominations are accepted.
  • Posthumous nominations will not be accepted.
  • Bullet points are preferred.
