Alumni Association
All alumni are automatically part of the Alumni Association, established in 1949 to support student and alumni programming, contribute to Western’s governance and provide advocacy and ambassador opportunities for Western. Learn more about the Association's history.
Board Members
An all-alumni Board of Directors leads the Alumni Association and acts in an advisory role with Western Alumni. The Board of Directors is proud to represent graduates who make a difference and feel very fortunate to serve a diverse and multifaceted alumni audience.
These volunteers also ensure alumni representation on Western’s Board of Governors and Senate, and they work to deliver the best alumni experience through:
- Advocacy and ambassador opportunities for Western
- Investment in transformative campus initiatives via the Alumni Legacy Fund
- Alumni and student engagement activities
- Support of University governance
